1. Parties and definitions
- Company:Sitenano — Komisyonsuz is the developer and operator of the online ordering system infrastructure.
- Partner:Independent business partner that provides installation, commissioning and operational support of Komisyonsuz products to restaurant businesses in its region.
- Business (customer):Restaurant, cafe or food establishment using Komisyonsuz subscription through a partner or directly.
2. Program scope
Partner; It undertakes the promotion, installation and first level support of online ordering system, QR menu, takeaway service, cash register/POS screen and related digital services. Company; Provides software infrastructure, updates, technical escalation, training materials and approved marketing assets.
Does not have the status of partner, customer representative or Company employee; It operates with an independent revenue partnership model.
3. Partner obligations
- Completing the partner training program and following updates.
- Communicating with restaurants in a professional, transparent and timely manner.
- Brand user guide and comply with approved materials.
- Customer data KVKK and Privacy Policy to operate in accordance with its principles; not to share data with third parties without permission.
- To respond to installation and support requests in accordance with the following service quality standards.
- Not make misleading claims of price, commission or authority; Not making official commitments without company approval.
4. Company obligations
- Keeping the product infrastructure operational and notifications of planned maintenance.
- Partner training, demo environments and sales/technical documentation.
- Support team access for technical issues requiring escalation.
- Approved partner materials (brochures, presentations, visual templates) — according to program conditions.
- Sharing of income sharing payments with the partner in the agreed period.
5. Service quality standards (SLA)
The following periods are targeted within business days and business hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:30). In emergency outages and security incidents, the priority is technical escalation.

If Partner fails to meet SLA targets, Company may re-evaluate program eligibility; regional priority or badge status may be affected.
6. Privacy and data security
Partner; uses business panel access information, customer order data and trade secrets only for service provision. Access sharing, screenshots or demo recordings are not made without customer approval. For details KVKK Clarification Text valid.
7. Term, termination and suspension
The program relationship is carried out with a signed contract for a certain period or indefinite period. Either party has the right to terminate immediately upon written notice or in the event of serious breach. Partner status may be suspended in case of trademark infringement, data leakage or repeat customer complaints.
8. Dispute
In disputes, first of all, good faith negotiation; In cases that cannot be resolved, Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices are authorized. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
9. Signature and updates
